South Bar and Restaurant is an internal fit-out of a two-storey over basement commercial building in Beacon South Quarter, Sandyford. The three floors consist of an enclosed first floor private bar and dining room, ground floor restaurant and a subterranean kitchen, horseshoe bar and dining area, linked by a curved oak and brass staircase.
The principal triple-height dining space is lit by a Verner Panton "Flowerpot" chandelier, the largest of its kind anywhere. The carefully chosen palette of materials includes oak, terrazzo, mosaic, polished plaster and Portuguese limestone.
