Digicel World Headquarters

This office Building is the corporate world headquarters for Digicel, telecommunications company.  It is located on a key waterfront site in Downtown Kingston, Jamaica.  The development is currently on site and is due for completion in Summer 2012.

The building comprises of an 11 Storey Office Block, separate foodcourt Building and ancillary building with commercial units and plant space. All is constructed over a basement podium, housing carparking. The total floor area is 13,865 sqm/150,000 sqft. The glazed office building is shaded from the sun by external louvres, which cut out unwanted solar gain, while allowing a view onto the surroundings.
